With a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room, lounge, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms the cottage is rented without the adjoining annex which includes the possibility of extra rooms with bathrooms if required.

The Dining Room

The dining room is south facing with  oak tables, beamed ceilings and a large fireplace with wood burner for adding a bit of cheer during the winter months.

This room forms the ‘heart’ of the house. There is a CD, Tape and Radio in the Dining Room

The dining room door leads out to the garden and large terraced area with teak tables and chairs for ‘alfresco’ dinners on those long summer nights.

The Kitchen

Leading off the dining room, the fitted oak kitchen is charming. You can feel secure that the kitchen 20sq.m (215sq.ft) is sufficiently equipped to deal with large families. You have at your disposal a dishwasher, freezer, fridge, oven/grill/hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafettieres and plenty of pots and pans of all sizes.

4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms

bedroom 1: 1 queen size double & one single

bedroom 2: 1 double & one single

bedroom 3: 1 double & two singles

bedroom 4: 1 double & one single

All bedrooms measure over 12 sq meters

On the top floor of the house there are two rooms (one with a double bed and one single bed and the other with a double and two single beds). These two rooms share a bathroom.

Both rooms have beautiful 400 year old exposed beamed ceilings. There is a hall and bathroom between these two rooms.

The bathrooms are all equipped with modern spacious showers, wc’s and wash hand basins. One bathroom has a bath.

  • 4 miles from the medieval town of Dinan which offers over 50 restaurants and bars.
