Dol is full of quaint shops and interesting buildings including a magnificent cathederal, and various megaliths.

Dol de Bretagne stands on the edge of the Polder which makes the bay of Mont Saint Michel.

The fruit and vegetable market is on Saturday and there is an Organic market on Tuesday mornings..

For the children you could go and visit the swimming pool (indoor with slides etc) or take a ride out to Mont st Michel, passing the reptillarium on the way.
